Our records indicate that we do not have a current Certification of Insurance on file from your company. Please have your insurance agent provide a Certificate of Insurance to Omaha Standard, Inc. This Certificate should show your General Liability, Umbrella Liability and Worker’s Compensation limits and have Omaha Standard, Inc. named as an additional insured as regards Omaha Standard and Eagle Lift products.
