RE: New Distributor Price Sheets

Within the next three to four weeks we will be sending you new distributor price sheets with the prices being effective for all shipments on and after February 21, 2005.

With these new price sheets there will no longer be any steel surcharges. The prices will be increased modestly (2%-4%), if at all, over current prices—i.e., the August 2, 2004 prices plus September 7, 2004 steel surcharges.
