In an ongoing effort to improve our service to you, as well as provide continuity in dealing with our customer service people, we are once again assigning a specific customer service representative to each of our distributors. The customer service representative will be your primary contact for: (1) placing orders; (2) order status information; (3) scheduling of shipments; (4) product applications; and (5) information on pricing.

Your Customer Service Representative is Mike Redding. He represents Omaha Standard products for Canada, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. In addition, we are pleased to announce that Kevin Kaufman has joined the customer service department as the Warranty/Quotation Representative. Kevin has been with Omaha Standard for over 17 years & has been involved in manufacturing, engineering, and most recently research and development. To derive the most benefit from our voice mail system, we ask that when you leave a message you be as specific and detailed as you can be concerning the subject matter of your call. This will allow us to provide you with the precise answer or information you need and, generally, will save at least one phone call.
