EMPLOYEE HIGHLIGHTS

Dave Sampson joined the Omaha Standard team on July 25, 2005 as
a Continuous Improvement Engineer. He will be working with members of the lean team
as an additional resource focusing moving to the new plant as well as coordinate, lead,
and implement change to make us more competitive through lean manufacturing activities.
Dave comes to Omaha Standard with experience as a process engineer for National Crane
Corporation in Waverly, NE and more recently a quality coordinator for INSUL-8
Corporation in Omaha, NE. He has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
from UNL, with emphasis on quality and process improvements. He will be a great asset
to the OS team to help positively improve our metrics on safety, quality and productivity.
